Add smells, sounds, and colors so that you experience the inner world.
Stay in this meditative state for about ten minutes and visualize your desired scene again and again.

Do not observe yourself in the scene from the outside. You must not just be a passive spectator, as if you were watching yourself on a cinema screen. Instead, you must experience the scene as if you were already part of it.
Step 4 - Ending the Meditation
Once you are about to stop the meditation journey, ensure that you are conscious of it. Refrain from rushing out of the meditative state as it can ruin your good session. Move from the meditative state to the waking state gradually by taking your time – a couple of minutes should do.
While at it, be conscious of your surroundings as you move your body gently. You can do the seated twist or move your head, necks, and shoulders. Afterward, it is time to open your eyes.
