Recently, most practitioners of the law of attraction have developed an interest in the connection between successful manifestation and brainwaves. Many of them are sure that the frequency brainwaves can align with intentions.

Such an approach is believed to be possible through meditation exercise or the use of brainwave entertainment tools.
Most practitioners of the law of attraction now consider brainwave meditation as an alternative method to engage instantaneous relaxation. Additionally, this method is an effective means of reaching a state of consciousness deeply.
As you must have known already, among the components of our success are our subconscious thoughts and beliefs. However, only a few people know that our brain possesses oscillating electrical impulses, which also plays a significant role in our achievement.
Now, let’s shed more light on what brainwave is all about, and their relationship with a successful manifestation.
What are Brainwaves?
Within our brain, there is a network consisting of several million nerve cells (also referred to as neurons). These neurons communicate with one another and are capable of generating oscillating electrical voltage and the general electric field.
Neurons are similar to synchronized electrical pulses capable of generating waves, which can be detected using high-end medical instruments, such as electroencephalography (EEG). The electric field contributes to our emotions and thoughts.
Different emotions and thoughts generate different brainwaves – while some brainwaves can make you feel sensitive and active, others make you slow and weak.
In other words, Neurons can influence other cells. Either they increase or decrease their activity.
Brainwaves are not solid material as the human brain is an electrochemical organ. Thus, the electrical activities in the brain are measured by the brainwaves.
According to scientists, there are five different stages of brainwaves, which range from high frequency to ultra-low frequency. Similar to the musical notes, the brainwaves work and stand for a specific activity.
Bear in mind that human thoughts and experiences do not originate from brainwaves. Instead, when humans feel, think, or act, the brainwaves are a noticeable reflection of happenings inside the brain.
The Five Stages of Brainwaves
1. Gamma (38-42 Hz)
Among the measurable brainwaves, gammas are the fastest. They are connected to higher mental activity and can be generated whenever the brain is learning new information or when an individual is performing an action that demands keen focus.
2. Beta (12-38 Hz)
As long as you are active and wide-awake, there will be beta brainwaves. These waves are usually the most abundant when we are working, reading, or socializing. Once you focus on cognitive tasks and the world beyond, the neurons will fire abundantly.
3. Alpha (8-12 Hz)
Whenever we try to reach a more profound state of consciousness, alpha brainwaves will be experienced. These waves are used when the mind and body enter into a calm state. Then we try to envision our future and attract the materials that we desire.
4. Theta (3-8 Hz)
Not everyone can experience theta brainwaves as they are commonly found in meditation devotees whenever they become grossly engaged in deep meditation. According to chakra yoga specialists, theta brainwaves are associated with the “third-eye.” Also, the brain experiences theta brainwave when we are dreaming during a slumber.
5. Delta (0.5-3 Hz)
Delta waves are the brain waves with the lowest frequency and the pathway to the unconscious area. In deep, dreamless sleep, the restful part of sleep, we exclusively produce delta waves. This is a state of healing and rejuvenation.
However, delta waves also occur in combination with other brainwaves. Then they correspond to intuitive attention. Often people from helping professions have a high proportion of delta waves.
Training Your Brainwaves with Mindful Meditation
The body and mind can be trained to reach various brainwave states – and anyone is capable of doing so. Our nervous system controls brainwave frequencies.
However, we can also control the brainwave frequencies voluntarily if we want to reach a deep state of meditation.
By having the capability to control the brainwaves, it is possible to redesign one’s conscious and unconscious mind, then attract our desired goals.
How to Achieve the Alpha State
Get your mind ready for the meditation exercise. First off, take a moment to settle your body into a convenient position. Ensure that your back is straight while your shoulders are relaxed. Now, shut your eyes.
While your body is relaxing more and more, try to feel the calmness of your breath and stillness of your body. Free your mind to set loose any tension while you progressively detect a comfortable rhythm for your inhalation and exhalation.
Be conscious of the steady expansion and contraction of your chest as you inhale and exhale. Try to maintain natural breathing.
Should, in case any thought irrupts, let it pass, then refocus your breath. Don’t try to block or get rid of your thoughts.
While focusing your attention on your breath, feel any sensation or emotion which you are experiencing at that moment. Afterward, let it pass, then refocus on your breathing.
By now, the rate of brain activity should have reduced to less than 13 cycles per second. Now, you are calm and in a state of an alpha brainwave.
How to go further from Alpha State to Delta State
Keep focusing on your breath. Before long, your mind will exceed the movement of thoughts, then try to reach infinity.
At this point, you are in the theta state, and the mind will be conscious of its immeasurable potentials. At the same time, you become aware that there are no limitations in life.
Take Advantage Of Brainwaves for Successful Manifestation
In the normal state of daytime consciousness (beta waves), the brain uses logic to search for ways and means to achieve its goals. Then doubts quickly arise as to whether you can manage all this.
In the theta state, however, it is easiest to influence the subconsciousness. Suggestions and personal programming then go unhindered into the subconscious. In this state, the subconscious cannot distinguish whether something is viewed with the eyes or in the mental image.
For a practical manifestation, it is of great advantage to be able to change the state of consciousness at any time. Therefore, I recommend that you train this ability as often as possible. Use your brainwaves to master your manifestation aim!
